Project Objectives

To understand the preferences of customers who patronize logistics companies. The aim is to delve into their preferences, identify pain points within the delivery process as well as using competitor applications, and uncover opportunities for enhancing the company's services. By conducting this research, I intend to optimize the application developed in a manner that increases SEO visibility and drives traffic effectively.

Problem Statement

Logistics companies often struggle with user retention due to a lack of intuitive interface and seamless tracking options. Our research aims to address these issues by designing a user-centric application that enhances the user experience from order placement to delivery.

Competitive audit analysis

In order to construct a concise and solid foundation for P2P Logistics Application, I had to venture out to both local and international shipping and logistics sites to see what they were already doing right as well as what user goals they were not satisfying. I evaluated several features deemed vital from user surveys and identified which ones P2P could capitalize on to have a leg up over other applications. I found 7 competitors but honed in on 3; a general shipping company, a delivery company and a logistics company with a similar structure and framework as P2P. Going through the sites proved insightful and would be reflected immensely in P2P Logisitcs UI.
